Clarins, one of the brands at the forefront of beauty and well-being, opened the doors of its swanky new Clarins boutique in Mumbai to offer its customers a unique retail experience.
“We are proud to launch the latest global retail concept in India, which helps the Indian Consumers being in control of their skin needs, enhancing education and feeling comfortable to interact with our highly trained Consultants. We are also delighted to have Clarins Makeup, which is focused on skin care benefits as well as amazing colours,” said Toni Parisi, CMO Intercraft Trading Pvt Ltd. He was speaking at the opening of the new Clarins boutique at Palladium, Lower Parel.
Clarins has put in lot of thought into the design of its boutiques. They are not just meant to be point of sales but aim at offering the customers a chance to experience something new. The new store is no different. The customers can have an indepth skin consultation, learn more about the brand’s history from the Family Wall and pick up product samples, too.The ambience of the store is cosy and warm. Besides the classic shelf displays, products are arranged in other areas of the boutique. There is also a dedicated maternity area. The Clarins boutique’s also has the entire make-up collection from the brand.
“This new boutique demonstrates our desire to truly focus on our clients and make them feel they are at the center of attention, because they are. We want to be able to listen to them better, offer personalized advice and have a chance to really pamper them,” said Natalie Bader, President of the Clarins Brand.
