Global make-up trends with Kryolan at MUW

On Day 1 at Make Up Week, ace artist Sanah Hassan of Kryolan Paris created a make-up look that was bright, colourful and runway inspired for Spring Summer’ 19.

Kryolan Paris’ renowned make-up artist, Sanah Hassan, demonstrated one of the latest global makeup trends on stage at the Make Up Week. She demonstrated a runway inspired look having worked with Fashion Weeks in Milan, London and Paris. The look was a beautiful amalgamation of bright blue eye shadow and a glossy lip to portray a clean and bright look for spring summer.

First step: Face

Sanah began the base make-up with applying a water based primer by Kryolan, which is a hydrating primer. She then used the Derma camouflage palette for foundation. It has a thick consistency and can be used for all skin types. The Kryolan Derma Camouflage palette is extremely travel friendly.

Second step: Eyes

She then went on to do the model’s eyebrows with an eyebrow gel and applied the cream brow powder over it to shape and fill the eyebrows. She applied another layer of eyebrow gel over it to make sure it lasted for a long time.
Sanah then primed the eyelids and applied the cream eyeliner pot by Kryolan, which is a silicone based product, all over the lid in the shade snow. She used a lighter base to bring out the colour of the colourful powder pigment applied after. Next she used the shade aqua, which is again a cream product and applied it all over the lid and packed it a little more in the inner corner and slightly towards the outer corner. She then applied the same shade from the Variety Bright Palette. Sarah then packed on some Kryolan holographic glitter in the shade parrot to give the eye look a dual tone. She used the Kryolan pure pigment cream liner in the shade Pure blue.

Third step: Lips
She used Kryolan’s lip liner in shade 36 and 37 to add dimension to the models lips. She topped it up with a clear gloss to add a high shine effect. She then mixed the pigments atmosphere, kaleidoscope, rainbow and parrot and placed it atop the gloss for added texture.

Final detailing
Sanah finished the look by adding some highlighter and mascara. She played with different textures and dimensions to create a glowy look. The audience loved the pop-of-colour look. Sanah gave away important tips about Kryolan products and application techniques.
