Nykaa has resumed delivering makeup along with personal care and hygiene products during the lockdown
After 14th April, Nykaa has pivoted its product offering to focus on essential personal care and hygiene products during the lockdown to best serve its customers. To cater to millions of customers across India, rigorous hygiene procedures are being practiced across Nykaa warehouses as well as with its delivery partners. Nykaa has also launched handwashes, masks and hand sanitizers under its private label to meet the overwhelming demand.
Nykaa realized the need of the hour was ensuring its customers had access to everyday essentials that are required to maintain personal care and hygiene. To service this customer need, Nykaa adapted its website and app to highlight and sell the essentials allowing for its warehouse capacity to be used purely for these orders at this critical time, safely and successfully delivering essentials to over 14,000 pincodes across India.

In the month of May, the government labelled areas into red, orange and green zones based on the positive cases in each zone. Companies were allowed to deliver other goods, apart from essential goods in the green and orange zone. Post this Nykaa started the delivery of their entire beauty catalog in certain serviceable pincodes which were safe according to the government guidelines.
