Lancôme AI-Beauty tool makes it easier and more convenient for differently abled people to apply cosmetics and makeup.
Lancôme recently developed an AI-Beauty device aiding specially-abled Individuals. The motion-stabilizing tool uses AI technology that makes applying makeup much easier and accessible for the differently-abled. As makeup application becomes difficult for some with limited motor skills, this tool is designed to help bridge the gap.
Lancôme’s AI-Beauty device will revolutionize makeup applications for all differently-abled individuals. HAPTA has motion controls and magnetic attachments that can be customised to make opening difficult packaging and applying products easier. Around 50 million people worldwide are said to have poor fine motor skills, making everyday tasks like applying makeup difficult.
One charge provides approximately 10 uses, and users can “store” a position for later use. The device is ergonomically designed to allow 360° rotation and 180° flexion. HAPTA will use Verily-developed technology to level and steady utensils so that people with restricted hand and arm motion can eat with confidence and freedom.
The goal of Lancôme is to give people the self-assurance, independence, and strength they need to embrace the expressive potential of beauty fully. Lancôme revolutionary AI-Beauty device will soon be available for customers starting this year with a cost of around $199 [£164.56].
