3TENX secures strategic funding at a ₹100 crore valuation

Professional haircare brand 3TENX raises strategic funding from Wolfpack Labs at a ₹100 crore valuation, backing its rapid salon-led growth, digital expansion, and plans to scale across India.

3TENX, a professional haircare brand, has raised strategic investment from Wolfpack Labs. The funding values the company at around ₹100 crore. While the exact investment amount has not been disclosed, the backing marks an important milestone for the young brand.

Founded by beauty industry veterans Aankith Aroraa and Megha Arora, 3TENX has shown strong early momentum in India’s fast-growing professional haircare market.

Strong early growth and market traction

Within its first 18 months, 3TENX reached an annual revenue run rate of ₹50 crore. The brand has partnered with over 2,000 salons across the country and has entered Sephora India, strengthening its presence in premium beauty retail.

This rapid growth reflects rising demand for science-led, salon-grade haircare that is accessible to Indian consumers.

Expansion plans across channels

The new capital will be used to strengthen 3TENX’s digital presence and expand its distribution footprint. The brand plans to deepen its reach across e-commerce platforms and scale online-led sales.

A key focus area is expansion into Tier II and Tier III cities, where younger consumers and salon users are increasingly seeking premium yet affordable haircare solutions.

3TENX also plans to grow its retail presence across modern trade, specialty beauty stores, and professional salons.

Science-led brand built for India

Launched in early 2024, 3TENX positions itself as a science-driven professional haircare brand developed specifically for Indian hair needs. The product portfolio focuses on performance, efficacy, and salon-grade results.

The company is investing in research and development to introduce new formulations that address a wide range of hair concerns. The next growth phase includes new product launches as well.

Focus on education and brand building

Alongside distribution growth, 3TENX is investing in education programs for salon partners. Brand awareness and community-led marketing initiatives are also key priorities.

With fresh funding in place, 3TENX is positioning itself for its next phase of growth in India’s expanding beauty and personal care market.

Founder experience and industry expertise

The founders bring deep expertise from the professional beauty ecosystem. Megha Arora previously distributed Olaplex in India through Streamline Beauty India and worked with global brands such as Kevin Murphy, Aveda, and Balmain Hair Couture.

Aankith Aroraa has over two decades of experience scaling luxury beauty brands and co-built Streamline Beauty India into a leading importer of professional beauty portfolios.

From the leadership desk

Co-Founder and Managing Director Megha Arora:

“Our experience with Olaplex revealed a massive opportunity in the Indian market. 3TENX is essentially Olaplex made accessible for India. While premium international brands resonated with salon professionals, consumers wanted salon-quality results at accessible price points. We’ve created formulations that deliver international efficacy but are bottled and priced specifically for Indian consumers,” she said.

Co-founder and CEO Aankith Aroraa:

“Achieving Rs 50 crore ARR in just 18 months validates our vision and execution. This isn’t just about building another haircare brand; it’s about creating a movement that empowers individuals to achieve professional-grade results at home. With Wolfpack Labs’ strategic support, we’re poised to reach our Rs 100 crore revenue target while maintaining the quality and innovation that define 3TENX,” he said.

Aakash Anand, Founder, Wolfpack Lab:

“It’s rare to find a brand that combines a fantastic product with great scale potential. Aankith and Megha achieved Rs 50 crore ARR in their first 18 months, which is exceptional. This partnership will help the brand scale significantly on online channels where we see tremendous opportunity for growth. Their deep understanding of both the professional salon channel and consumer behavior positions 3TENX uniquely in the market.”

Prerna Gupta, Co-Founder, Wolfpack Labs:

“What excites us most about 3TENX is that it offers international efficacy products bottled and priced for Indian consumers. This is the perfect product-market fit for India’s growing beauty market. The brand’s rapid scaling from salon partnerships to modern retail, combined with impressive customer retention metrics, demonstrates execution excellence. We’re thrilled to support their journey to becoming India’s leading homegrown professional haircare brand.”
