Making the decision to return to studying was a significant step for me. Especially after a break in my career, I resolved to pursue excellence in education. However, at the age of 36, I decided to specialize in the field of hairdressing. I studied at Vidal Sassoon, mastering cuts, colors, and teaching. Furthermore, I earned degrees at City and Guilds UK, enhancing my skills and knowledge.

One fierce decision I made recently was to downsize my salon with my mom. I prefer destination-style venues. Where I can focus on quality work without feeling overwhelmed. This choice brings me joy and satisfaction.

In 2003, during a sabbatical in India, I noticed the absence of a nail industry. By 2004, my hobby had evolved into a passionate pursuit. Consequently, my hobby transformed into a passion, ultimately leading me to dedicate myself to the industry. Now, 20 years later, I have launched India’s first Association of Nail Care Professionals (ANPI), uniting the industry.
