CHANEL has officially launched its CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance collection on Nykaa. With over 40 million customers and 221+ offline stores, Nykaa offers a powerful omnichannel presence. It aligns with CHANEL’s vision to bring luxury to discerning Indian consumers. Read along to know more.
The CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance will be available both online via Nykaa’s app and website and offline. The shopping experience is crafted to reflect the elegance of the House. Clients can explore CHANEL’s heritage and innovative product lines in a thoughtfully curated environment.
Each online order placed on Nykaa will be delicately wrapped in eco-conscious packaging. It will include a complimentary sample and a thank-you card, extending the brand’s signature touch of refinement to every doorstep.
CHANEL’s products will also be available at Nykaa Luxe stores in Mumbai’s Palladium Mall, Bengaluru’s 100 Feet Road, and Chandigarh’s Nexus Elante Mall. By the end of 2025, CHANEL aims to expand to over 10 Nykaa Luxe stores across India.
Expansion initiatives in India
Since the launch of its wholly-owned Fragrance and Beauty boutiques in 2013, CHANEL has grown to seven standalone stores. There are four stores in the Delhi NCR (DLF Promenade, Select Citywalk, Mall of India, and Ambience Mall Gurugram). There are also two in Mumbai (Phoenix Palladium and Jio World Drive), and one in Bengaluru’s Mall of Asia. Additionally, CHANEL maintains a strong presence in key international airports in Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad through travel retail.
The brand also launched its e-commerce portal last year. The house delivers to over 27,000 postcodes across the country. The site ensures access to CHANEL’s fragrance, beauty, and eyewear lines. With this, the same premium experience is extended to metro and non-metro customers alike.
