Lisa Sequino returns to Estée Lauder as President, Makeup Brand Cluster. With strong experience across brands and regions, she will lead key makeup names like M·A·C and Bobbi Brown, aiming to drive innovation, consumer growth, and global brand relevance.

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has announced the appointment of Lisa Sequino as President, Makeup Brand Cluster. She will lead the strategic direction and global growth of the company’s makeup brands. The global cluster will include M·A·C, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Smashbox, and GLAMGLOW. Sequino will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer. She will officially begin the role on June 9, 2025.

Lisa Sequino is a respected beauty industry leader with over 20 years of experience. She returns to Estée Lauder with a strong mix of deep company knowledge and successful leadership experience as a CEO. Her new role will focus on driving innovation, boosting makeup trends, and attracting new consumers. She will also work to strengthen local brand relevance across markets.

Sequino’s journey thus far: Estée Lauder and beyond

Lisa knows Estée Lauder well. She spent nine years at the company in top roles across global and North America operations. She was previously the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Estée Lauder – North America. There, she led strategy and execution for the brand in its home market. Later, she became Senior Vice President, Brands – North America, where she managed multiple brands across skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Her role included building synergies and accelerating results across categories and channels.

After Estée Lauder, Lisa became CEO of JLo Beauty. She then served as CEO of Supergoop!, where she brought a digital-first mindset. At Supergoop!, she launched trend-led products like tinted moisturisers, lip balms, and setting powders. These innovations helped expand the brand’s global reach and redefined its product use occasions.
