Project Butterfly – Spreading Wings to Share Love and Joy

Beautiful Hearts Fund

Project Butterfly is an initiative launched by the beauty industry OGs under the Beautiful Hearts Fund. Last year the team of beauty professionals spread love and won the hearts of the elderly angels. This year, they came back to spread more love and magic. Here are more details about the event.

Project Butterfly started as a community initiative of the beauty industry, for the beauty industry, and by the beauty industry. Soon, it went on to spread its colourful wings to spread smiles and win hearts all around. In 2022, when everyone was learning to live in a post-pandemic world, Project Butterfly brought smiles to the elderly. The OGs of the beauty industry came together to return the love and blessings they have received from the elderly residents of St. Anthony’s Home for Aged. This year, the team returned with more love and magic to make the angels at St. Anthony’s smile again.

The core team included Veena Shetty, Waqar Ali, Rajesh Vailaya, and Priti Joshi.

They gave free haircuts, nail revamping and a touch of make-up magic to 32 to 40 residents. SPREADING JOY

The residents of St. Anthony’s Home of Aged were very happy with the makeover and enjoyed the entire process. The festivities continued with lunch for all residents and staff of St. Anthony’s. The smiles on their faces as they enjoyed ice creams and sweets were priceless.

BEAUTIFUL HEARTS

Beautiful Hearts Fun organizes such events under Project Butterfly once every three months in various cities. They visit old age homes, orphanages, homes for the blind and other such places to spread love and joy. The previous year, Blessing A. Manikandan, CO, TONI&GUY, and Founder, Beautiful Hearts Fund said, “This is a small token by the members to spread happiness and in return get lots and lots of blessings from our angels.” His words ring true as the smiles on the hopeful faces shine brighter than ever.
