Streax Professional and OMG Face of the Year bring the spotlight on top hairstylists at a national-level show.
Streax Professional, as the title sponsor of Hairstyle Icon 2025, is preparing to host the finale of its nationwide talent hunt in collaboration with OMG Face of the Year (FOTY). Professional Beauty Hairdressers Journal India (PBHJ) is the official trade media partner for the initiative, which aims to spotlight hairstyling professionals across India.
Streax Professional has a long-standing commitment to championing the talent of hairstylists and salonists. The brand has consistently empowered, educated, and elevated them to the forefront of the industry, and this event further solidifies that dedication.
As part of the third season of OMG FOTY, the Hairstyle Icon competition invited entries from hairstylists across the country. Following multiple knockout rounds, the Top 10 finalists were announced on 18 July. These finalists will now head to Mumbai for a three-day programme including mentorship by Heena Dalvi, National Technical Head, Streax Professional, and a knowledge session with jury member Shirin Merchant, Technical Ambassador, Streax Professional, culminating in a finale on 31st July.

The finale runway presentation will feature renowned photographer Dabboo Ratnani, who said, “Great hairstyling is storytelling. Capturing the transformation each finalist brings to life is what excites me.”
