Kriti Sanon launches beauty brand Hyphen on her 33rd birthday

Bollywood star Kriti Sanon recently took her entrepreneurial journey to new heights. On her 33rd birthday, the actress revealed her latest venture — a beauty brand called ‘Hyphen’. Blending the beauty of nature and the power of science, each product “Has-it-all”.

Shortly after Kriti Sanon successfully launched her own production house, ‘Blue Butterfly films’, she launched another venture. Entering the world of beauty, Kriti brings Hyphen to the Indian market. With two ventures back-to-back, she has established herself as an actress with diverse interests in the business world. With this, she also joins the ranks of celebrities like Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif — B’town celebs who have their own lines of beauty products.

The brand takes pride in its products being clinically tested, Peta-certified, vegan, and environmentally friendly, leaving behind no plastic footprint. The brand aims to offer affordable and practical beauty solutions for all. It further aims to combine multiple ingredients to craft result-driven solutions for Indian skin concerns. Thereby, doing away with the challenge of finding different ingredients for different concerns. The brand launched with four products including a sunscreen, a face serum and two different face creams. All of these are a part of the Hyphenated Essentials Range that strives to streamline daily skincare with form a part of customers’ go-to must-haves. The products range from Rs 449 to Rs 649.

Kriti Sanon: The Co-founder of Hyphen

Kriti Sanon teamed up with the parent firm of mCaffeine, PEP Technologies to establish Hyphen, a skincare line that strives to offer straightforward and practical skincare solutions. 

While introducing her beauty line on Instagram through its first-ever ad, Kriti wrote, “Happy Birthday to me! It’s finally here! Today, on 27th July 2023, my heart is filled with joy and gratitude as I welcome you all to our world of Hyphen,” 

“HYPHEN is a hope of possibilities, opportunities and of adding more chapters to life! And this chapter of my life is super special! ♥️. Turning my obsession of skincare into passion and then into a dream- a dream of getting a lot of amazing ingredients together to make power-packed products that actually work! We’ve hyphened the power of nature and potency of science to give multiple benefits from each product,” she further added.

Kriti Sanon also thanked her co-founders and the entire team for their hard work. She attributed Hyphen’s successful launch on her birthday as the most wonderful birthday gift she could have received.
