Rabanne Steps into Space Age with Futuristic Makeup Line

Rabanne is celebrating its 60th anniversary with a new futuristic makeup range. Known for bold designs and sensibilities, Rabanne has unveiled its makeup range which is available for sale on its website. Here’s all you need to know about it.

Rabanne, formerly known as Paco Rabanne, is expanding its horizons to the beauty industry. This move comes after the death of Paco Rabanne, a name revered in the fashion and perfume industry. The Puig-owned house of Rabanne has a bold and futuristic take on fashion and the same has been expanded to the beauty space. 

AGE OF SPACE

Makeup artist Diane Kendal has been appointed as the Global Beauty Creative Director by the brand. She will oversee the beauty range from look and feel to quality of the product. The announcement of a futuristic makeup line stirred excitement among beauty connoisseurs as well as the fashion industry. The packaging for perfumes is also set to be revamped under a new mandate. 

RABANNE BEAUTY

Rabanne beauty products are taking a leap in providing clean cosmetics to their customers. Their cosmetics consist of 98 percent natural formulas that benefit skin health. The brand designed the packaging of the makeup products to be a focal point of attention. Dressed in metallic tubes and compacts, the makeup products also sport the new branding on them. 

The product range right now includes:

  • Foundation
  • Eyeshadow 
  • Lipstick
  • Artistry-products

The artistry products include innovative products cut as spray-on glitter bombs. Rabanne revealed that Gen-Z inspired the creation of this new, bold line of makeup. 

RABANNE X ULTA BEAUTY

In keeping with Gen-Z preferences, Rabanne has partnered with Ulta Beauty in the USA. The brand will make the products available on Ulta Beauty in October. They have also made a similar deal with Sephora for the European markets. Rabanne is expanding its horizons and taking bold new steps. However, the iconic futuristic look and feel of the brand continue to wow its fan base.

Beyoncé and Taylor Swift have worn signature Rabanne dresses in the Renaissance and Eras tour respectively. This has brought a new glam rock clientele to the brand. This new influential demographic will bring more business to the brand through its partnership with online shopping portals.
