VLCC rolls out 100% job placement & scholarships initiative

VLCC India joins the Government’s skilling mission, offering 100% guaranteed placements and scholarships up to full tuition. It has also launched new institutes nationwide to empower youth and women in beauty, wellness, and allied sectors.

VLCC India has announced its integration into the Government of India’s skilling and vocational mission. This marks a significant move to bridge India’s skills-employability gap. Strengthening its commitment to capacity-building, VLCC has introduced an industry-first initiative. It’s offering 100% guaranteed job placements for all eligible students. Also, it’ll offer scholarships of up to 100% for meritorious and underserved candidates enrolling in its vocational training programs.

Key features of the initiative include:

  • Assured 100% placement opportunities across beauty, wellness, nutrition, and allied services
  • Industry-recognised courses aligned with NSDC & Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) standards
  • University-certified degree programs
  • Entrepreneurial support for self-employment or salon ownership
  • Up to 100% merit-based scholarships for qualifying students
  • On-the-job training and internships with leading industry partners
  • Three-month ‘Job Ready’ courses to enhance youth employability

Expanding reach with 14 new institutes

The launch also marks the opening of 14 new VLCC School of Beauty institutes across key cities. This leads to expanding the network to over 106 institutes nationwide. This expansion bolsters VLCC’s support for the Skill India Mission, with a strong focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where career opportunities are often limited.

This is more than a skilling initiative, it’s a movement. We are not just teaching job-ready skills; we are enabling confidence and financial independence for thousands of young Indians. With our heritage in beauty and wellness and strong industry linkages, we are proud to guarantee placement, not just promise it.” said Vikas Gupta, MD & CEO, VLCC.

Empowering youth, women, and entrepreneurs

With a mission to empower youth and women through industry-relevant skills, the program seeks to meet the rising demand for trained professionals in beauty and wellness while building meaningful career pathways.

Through the launch of these new institutes and the Guaranteed Placement initiative, VLCC reinforces its commitment to nation-building via skill-based education, job creation, and women-led economic empowerment. It further aligns VLCC with India’s vision of becoming an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
