Professional Beauty India spoke to some of the beauty and hair brands who took home top honours at the ELLE India Beauty Awards 2025 for their path-breaking innovations and transformative products.
The ELLE Beauty Awards 2025 were a celebration of creativity, innovation, and authenticity. As India’s leading trade media and an integral voice within the professional beauty and salon industry, Professional Beauty India (PBI) is proud to spotlight a few of the B2B-driven brands that emerged victorious at this year’s event each representing excellence, vision, and the evolution of India’s beauty landscape.
Held on October 16, the awards featured over 200 brands across 32 categories spanning skincare, haircare, makeup, and wellness. The rigorous three-stage process featuring industry icons like Aalim Hakim, Dr. Jamuna Pai, and Deanne Panday on the jury ensured that the winners truly represented the best in beauty innovation and impact.

Among the standout winners was milk_shake®, whose Curl Passion Curl Shaper clinched the title of Conditioner of the Year. Reflecting on the achievement, Yashesh Bharwada, Director, Absolute Beauty Concept, shared, “This win beautifully mirrors India’s growing love and acceptance of curls. Curl Passion has empowered stylists, salons, and individuals to embrace their natural texture with pride. It’s not just a product win, it’s a celebration of self-expression through natural beauty.”
Adding to that, Tejas Bhatt, Director,Absolute Beauty Concept noted, “Being recognised by ELLE is incredibly special because it signifies how far curls have come in India. Ikonic Professional’s Bullet Hair Shaver earned Men’s Grooming Product of the Year. “This win is for every stylist and creator who trusts our tools to bring precision and power to their work,” said Rayed Merchant, Director, SSIZ International, celebrating Ikonic’s ongoing commitment to performance-driven innovation.

PAC Cosmetics also made its mark with the Studio HD Liquid Foundation. “For us, ‘An Expression of You’ means crafting products that celebrate diversity,” shared Bonish Jain, Founder and Director, PAC Cosmetics. “This recognition validates our mission to create beauty solutions for every shade and every individual.”

Closing the circle of winners, 3TENX’s Ultimate Revitalize Mask took home Mask of the Year. “We wanted to develop something that truly nourishes hair from within, not just adds a temporary shine,” said Aankith Arora, Founder and CEO, 3TENX, “This award reinforces that purpose-led innovation truly makes a difference.”
