Return and Exchange Policy
At Professional Beauty India, we organize exhibitions, conferences, and other professional events. Please carefully read our return and exchange policy as it pertains to event registrations and paid entries.
1. No Refund Policy
• Event Registrations and Paid Entries: All sales of event tickets, registrations, and paid entries are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend the event, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.
• Non-transferable: Tickets and registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. You may not transfer your entry to another person without prior written consent from Professional Beauty India.
2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
• In the unlikely event that Professional Beauty India cancels or reschedules an event, registered attendees will be notified via email. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be offered. For rescheduled events, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notification.
3. Changes to the Event
• Professional Beauty India reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue without notice. These changes do not qualify for a refund, as they are a standard part of event management.
