The Oshiwara outlet spans about 1,500 square feet. The salon has warm interiors, soft lighting, and a wellness-oriented layout. It aims to offer an immersive and personalised guest experience. The salon includes eight styling stations, two barbering stations and four wash stations.

The layout follows a modern luxury concept. It features private ritual zones, barbering sections, nail and grooming areas, and dedicated skin treatment spaces. This outlet also introduces device-led skincare rituals, making it one of the select locations in the network to offer such services.

The salon is strongly focusing on personalised consultations and senior expertise along with advanced treatments. The outlet is staffed by senior stylists trained through LOOKS Salon’s in-house programmes in collaboration with global professional brands.

The outlet works with partners such as L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken and Dermalogica. These partnerships support standardised service quality and advanced treatment offerings across the network.
