Cadiveu Professional: New Repair-First Haircare Ranges

Cadiveu Professional, the Brazilian salon-haircare brand behind cult favorites like the Brasil Cacau smoothing line and Bye Bye Frizz, is expanding its portfolio with two new product ranges. Both focus on deep repair and targeted care. We sat down with Arsheen Khan, Technical Expert at Cadiveu Professional, to talk about the vision behind the launch, who it’s built for, and how it fits into the brand’s larger philosophy of care-first hair health.

Repair Starts at the Cortex

For Khan, the starting point for both new ranges wasn’t the surface of the hair. It was what’s happening underneath it.

“Over time, women have become more conscious about their overall health, what they eat, what they drink,” she explains. “Along with that, what they put on their skin and hair has become a very important part of their daily routine.” That shift in consumer awareness, she says, is exactly why Cadiveu chose to go deeper than color or visual treatments alone. The brand wanted to focus on how a product performs at a structural level.

“Let’s make a story right inside the hair, inside the heart of the hair, which is the cortex,” Khan says. “How it is replenishing protein, how it is strengthening the hair, how it is reinforcing the hair from the interior as well as making a difference to the exterior look overall.” The philosophy, in short: real results start inside the strand, not just on it. Hair may be technically lifeless, Khan notes, but the right treatment and consistent care can bring it back to life.

Blonde Reconstructor: Protection During the Damage

Blonde Reconstructor targets color-treated and bleached hair specifically. As the name suggests, it reconstructs the hair. But its standout feature is that it also protects hair during chemical services. The range includes an in-salon professional treatment and a home-care line. Together, they let colorists protect hair during the damage-causing process, not just repair it afterward.

Stylists mix the professional version directly into bleach or hair color before application. “While your hair is struggling with the damage that a chemical service would cause, it is also getting a protective shield,” Khan explains. Cadiveu calls this technology Pearl Shield. The brand claims it can reduce chemical damage by up to 70%. Fifteen amino acids, a notably high concentration, form the base of the formula. Khan says these work together as a fiber filler, delivering both protection and reconstruction in a single step. The goal, as she puts it, is a complete process for the hair, from the interior to the exterior, not just a cosmetic fix.

Repair Solution: One Formula, Every Concern

Repair Solution, the brand’s second new range, takes a different approach. Instead of solving one specific problem, it targets all of them at once.

“In a salon, there are whole product lines for different types of hair,” Khan says. “Something for damaged hair, something for dry hair, something for dull hair, something for overly sensitized hair.” Repair Solution consolidates that fragmented shelf into a single, intelligent formula. It targets whatever concern a specific strand actually has.

Amino acids and lipid-based ingredients like ceramides, chia seed, and flaxseed oil form the base of the range. Khan says these ingredients let the product deliver targeted results along a single strand. Severely damaged ends get reconstruction where they need it. Dry or dull mid-lengths get nourishment and hydration instead. It’s the same product responding differently to different needs. Khan calls it a “quick fix” for salons juggling multiple hair types in a single day.

Solving the Salon Shelf Problem

Both ranges target women worldwide who want visibly stronger, healthier hair. But Repair Solution in particular tackles a specific industry pain point: product fragmentation.

Salons have traditionally needed an entire shelf of specialized products to treat different hair concerns individually. Khan positions Repair Solution as Cadiveu’s answer to that inefficiency. It’s a single, intelligent formula flexible enough to handle reconstruction, nutrition, and hydration needs at once. Stylists no longer need to reach for five different bottles.

Growth, One Sitting at a Time

Asked how Cadiveu plans to scale the new ranges, Khan points not to advertising, but to visible, first-use results.

“After using the products, the way they show results within the first sitting is what actually makes us happy,” she says. Khan draws on her own background as a hairdresser here. She describes the moment a client sees and feels the difference in the chair as the real driver of brand growth. “When the entire service is done, you look at their face, and the fact that they are happy with the service makes the entire difference.”

Beyond word-of-mouth and visible results, Cadiveu also invests in trainings and in-salon activities. These support UK customers and salon partners directly, and help ensure stylists can deliver the results the products promise.

Beyond Keratin and Botox

Cadiveu built its reputation on texture-focused, protein-based treatments: cysteine, keratin, and Botox-style smoothing services designed primarily to transform hair structure. Khan is clear that this new launch marks a shift in direction. It expands the brand’s legacy rather than replacing it.

“The demand in the market, all over the haircare industry, has evolved into more quality,” she says. Protein-based texture services don’t directly damage hair on their own, but they aren’t enough anymore. Today’s consumer wants care alongside transformation, not instead of it.

“It is mainly care and education that we are based on,” Khan says. Depth is what sets Blonde Reconstructor and Repair Solution apart from Cadiveu’s earlier offerings. Rather than focusing solely on hair structure or texture, the new ranges dig further into protein, lipid, and hydration science. The aim: restore the internal health of the hair alongside its external appearance and texture.
