E.l.f. Beauty has teamed up with Anastasia “Tas” Pagonis to serve a broader community. Together, they aim to make beauty products accessible to the blind and the low-vision community.
With multiple swimming records, Pagonis boasts a social media presence that uplifts people and encourages them to face life’s challenges bravely. She uses her handles with a robust following of over three million to share her life story and real-world posts that “change the way you ‘see’ the visually impaired.”
Now, to further the cause, e.l.f. and Pagonis have developed the “Beauty For Every Eye” bundle. This limited-edition beauty kit brings three of Pagonis’ favourite products from the brand. These are: e.l.f. Cosmetics Big Mood Waterproof Mascara, e.l.f. Cosmetics Glossy Lip Stain in Power Mauves and e.l.f. SKIN Suntouchable Whoa Glow SPF 30 in Sunbeam.
Each product comes with a scannable QR code. The code further links to an audio recording by Pagonis. It describes the product, including its finish and application tips. Pagonis also uses this innovative “beauty hack” as a blind beauty lover seeking greater accessibility.
