Myntra has recently launched the ‘Beauty Edit’ of its Rising Stars Program. With this, the platform plans to onboard around 500 D2C beauty and grooming brands by year-end.

Fashion and beauty e-retailer Myntra has unveiled its new initiative: The Beauty Edit, as part of its Myntra Rising Stars program. The program aims to onboard 300 and 500 direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty brands by the end of 2024. The Beauty Edit will accommodate brands with unique offerings that address a variety of consumer beauty needs. These include Korean beauty products, science-driven and ingredient-based formulations, as well as vegan and natural products, among others.

India’s beauty and personal care market is sure to witness unprecedented growth in the coming years. Myntra’s Beauty Edit aims to capitalise on this upward trend by offering a tailored growth platform for emerging beauty brands.

How will the edit support the brands

The program will provide brands with a comprehensive suite of growth services. This will help them enhance their brand visibility and scaling. Participants can benefit from dedicated account management. This also includes optimised cost structures designed to reduce customer acquisition costs. Additionally, Myntra’s Beauty Edit will also offer logistical advantages such as same-day and next-day delivery.

This initiative is sure to support the next wave of digital-first beauty labels. It will be offering them the tools and resources needed for growth. By leveraging the program, the participating brands can gain an opportunity to enhance their presence and performance amongst the competition.
