Blake Brown by Blake Lively Hits The Shelves

Blake Lively has recently launched her own haircare line, Blake Brown. A line that took nearly seven years to develop has now hit the shelves in the United States. Let’s delve into what the brand has to offer.

As Blake Lively is all over the headlines for her recent release, ‘It Ends With Us’, another breaking news has enhanced her traction at the same time. After over seven years of development, her haircare brand Blake Brown is finally live and available.

A reflection of Lively’s own haircare rituals, the brand is also a testament to her affinity towards clean and environment-friendly products. As a result, Blake Brown products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of SLS/SLES, silicones, phthalates, parabens, synthetic dyes, and mineral oil. Additionally, these products are recyclable and made from 100 per cent recycled material.

Apart from the eco-conscious approach, another personal touch that Lively added to her products is the aesthetic appeal. Lively said, “As someone who desperately loves design, I wanted our products to look stunning on your shelf because that’s valuable space in your home. It should be beautiful.” The products come in packaging adorned in golden and brown hues, in unique shapes and sizes.

The Haircare Approach

Instead of the usual shampoo and conditioner, Blake Brown has introduced the shampoo and mask combos. As nourishment and strength form the foundation for healthy hair, the brand offers two ranges for maximum benefits and hair rejuvenation. These are Nourishing Shampoo & Mask and Strengthening Shampoo & Mask.

Lively said, “I live by two simple and fundamental things: Shampoo & Mask, based on Strength (protein) and Nourishment (moisture).  Healthy hair is beautiful hair. Styling becomes a fun victory lap once you nail health. I alternate between Strength and Nourishment, wash to wash, or empty bottle to empty bottle.”

The Haircare Range

As of now, the brand offers eight hair care products. Blake Brown offers:

Shampoo and masks for hair strength and nourishment.

Pre-shampoo mask that penetrates the hair and restores softness and shine.

Leave-in lotion that fights frizz and offers softening, detangling, and priming.

Dry shampoo that can be used every day to maximise hair freshness.

Glam mousse that offers a brushable and flexible, all-day hold
