Vivek Shyam Bhatia and Nikisha Bhatia are the professionals steering the success of Shyam’s Salon & Academy. While Vivek holds the title of Creative Director, Nikisha serves as the Academy Director. Having grown up in a family of hairdressers, as third gen stylists, the siblings have truly seen the industry evolve from a unique and personal perspective.
Vivek is a seasoned celebrity hairdresser. He has been part of the hair and beauty industry for years now. After finishing his foundation at Shyam’s Academy, he trained at the L’Oréal Technical Centre. Later, he sharpened his technical prowess at Toni&Guy in Singapore, Vidal Sassoon in London, and Image’s Academy in Colombo. Also, he has been trained in Cut and Colour by the RUSH team, Trevor Sorbie Team and Laurent Decreton. Having worked with celebrities like Rahul Dravid, Shiamak Davar, and many more renowned names, Vivek brings a creative, and fresh perspective to the art
Nikisha Bhatia, a hair and makeup professional, is a renowned professional and educator, shaping the next generation of beauty experts. Over her career, she has excelled in various roles and has a wealth of experience. Apart from working with renowned celebs, she has represented the nation at various international competitions like WorldSkills and OMC. She has also delivered numerous seminars and masterclasses, bagged brand collaborations, and curated looks for fashion weeks.
Palmira Paul and Savio John Pereira
Savio John Pereira is a bold, long-standing visionary in the Indian hair industry. He is known for his exceptional skills and fearless creativity. Starting his journey in 1997, Savio trained with top artisans across India and globally. In 2009, he opened his first salon, Savio John Pereira, in Mumbai.
His passion for the craft also led him to open a second salon in Sofitel, BKC, a French luxury hotel. In 2011, Savio expanded his influence by establishing Savio John Pereira – The Academy in Mumbai. Pam is a true leader who ensures the seamless execution of the SJP vision. Together, the siblings have been an inspirational duo in the industry.
Osh Bhabani and Adhuna Bhabani
Adhuna Bhabani and Osh Bhabani are a formidable sibling duo behind the renowned brand BBLUNT. Adhuna, a pioneer hairstylist, co-founded BBLUNT, one of India’s most iconic salon brands. For years, she has been a leader in introducing cutting-edge hair trends and techniques to the country.
Being a celebrity hairstylist, she made her debut in the BTown with Dil Chahta Hai in 2001. Since then, she has been celebrated for creating some head-turning looks, including that of Preity Zinta in Lakshya. With this look, she finally made curls cool for Bollywood.
