What are your plans for Graham Hill’s expansion in India?
Expanding the Graham Hill Men’s Grooming product line in Indian salons involves a focused strategy to leverage the professional grooming segment. We aim to strengthen Salon Partnerships with top-tier and mid-tier salon chains across metro cities and Tier 2 towns through exclusive collaborations with salons. Further, we aim to develop exclusive product bundles and offers for salon partners to incentivise long-term relationships. We also need to conduct regular training sessions for hairstylists and barbers to familiarise them with the brand’s products and techniques. Additionally, offering certification programs for salons using the brand will help boost credibility and client trust.
To conquer expansion, we have certain plans in place, such as
- In-Salon Events. We will Organise grooming workshops, live demonstrations, and product testing events for customers.
- Encourage stylists to recommend products post-service, supported by incentive programs for upselling.
