Professional Beauty India, Delhi event at Pragati Maidan, witnessed the launch of India’s first ‘Hair and Beauty Federation’ on 4th July 2023. All the Indian beauty industry stalwarts & eminent personalities came together to inaugurate and celebrate the formation of the Hair and Beauty Federation India. The Formation of the Hair and Beauty Federation India was a historic moment for the Indian beauty Industry.
Blossom Kochhar, B&WSSCI, Chairperson, Monica Bahl, CEO, B&WSSCI, Vikas Vij, Managing Director, Professional Beauty India and Harish Bhatia, Hair Expert were the chief guests at the ceremony. Industry experts in hair, beauty, wellness and cosmetic industry were also present. Seema Jerajani, Gurpreet Sebal, Najeeb Ur Rehman, Shyam Bhatia, and Disha Mehar are to name a few. Additionally, Unnati Singh, Kanchan Mehra, Sheela Iyer, Jaywant Thackeray, Dr Manish Gaware, Abhay Girdhar, and Ashwin Arora were also present.
Ashok Paliwal, the Founder, felicitated the names and people of the Federation. Nirmal Randhawa, Uday Takke, Savio John Pereira, Nita Parekh, Madhumita Saikia, Indra Ahluwalia, Pinky Singh, Vipin Dabas, and Prakash Parekh also joined him. A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the launch as hundreds of beauty industry delegates witnessed the grand event.
HBF Founder Ashok Paliwal addressed the attendees present. He announced that more than 70 associations of India have come united at one platform in the Federation. He also announced that 150 associations will soon be given memberships. The Federation has also become a platform for “Unity of Association”. It will now work for the development and progress of the beauty industry at the government and administrative levels.
The Association’s President and Secretary Narendra Gehlot, attended the event in a show of solidarity. It was also attended by Prabhu Sen, Priti Sharma, Anil Chandel, Deepak Jaiswal, Dilip Sen, Uttam Parekh, Tina Khan. Other attendees were Wasim Khan, Kusum Goyal, Sam Ali, Usha Bhutad, Rashmi Nawanda, Aradhana Chauhan, Varsha Kothari, Sanjay Chauhan. Shobha Vishwakarma, Bina Parekh, Meenu Jain, Satyendra Parnami, Shiv Sen, Shivani Jaiman, Pratiksha, Himanshu Rawal, Manish Sain were present too.
