India’s first TecCos (technology-backed cosmetics) company, YÊU Cosmetics is all set to step into the Indian beauty market. Founded by sibling duo Simran and Shivam Bagga, YÊU aims to change the landscape of the premium beauty market. They are on a mission to offer science-backed solutions for various skin types, specifically for Indian consumers.
After two years of extensive research, innovation, and testing, YÊU has developed its range of products. These products tackle modern-day problems, such as oxidation, fading pigment, etc. The brand’s trademarked concept, TecCos, highlights the future of beauty: one where science-backed formulas help cater to the needs of various skin types. The brand has created its products to work in synergy with the skin, providing solutions that fit each person’s unique skin and needs.
YÊU takes a skin-first approach to makeup and offers an interactive virtual assistant, Grace. Using artificial intelligence (AI), Grace offers scientific perspectives on common makeup challenges.
Within the first six months of launching in the Indian market, YÊU looks forward to establishing a hold on 5-7% of India’s premium cosmetics market. The brand is looking at a projected revenue of INR 6-7 crore in the next 12 months. Expanding its product range and entering fresh markets, the brand aims to reach a revenue of INR 15-20 in the next two years.

YÊU Product Range
As YÊU makes its debut, it has launched two products, a blush and a lip duo. These products are vegan, free of parabens, sulfates and artificial fragrances. The brand has designed each product with a skin-first approach. These products boast a mix of essential oils such as calendula oil, macadamia oil and many more. Additionally, they also offer sun protection and hydration.
