As 3TENX scales following strategic funding, it brings its salon-first growth vision to Professional Beauty India Kochi, maintaining focus on education, innovation, and long-term collaboration with the professional beauty community.
Professional haircare brand 3TENX has raised strategic funding from Wolfpack Labs at a valuation of approximately ₹100 crore, marking a major milestone in its salon-led growth journey. The funding reinforces investor confidence in the brand’s performance-driven, professional-first approach to haircare in India.
Founded by Aankith Aroraa and Megha Arora, 3TENX has achieved strong traction within 18 months of launch. The brand has reached an annual revenue run rate of ₹50 crore, partnered with over 2500+ salons nationwide, and entered Sephora India.
As the brand marks this milestone, Vidhi Arya from Professional Beauty asked Megha Arora, Co-founder, 3TENX, about what lies ahead. Here’s an excerpt from the conversation:
What are the top three priorities for deploying the new capital that the brand has raised?
“Our capital deployment is very focused and salon-led.
First, deepening our presence in the professional channel. This includes stylist education, stronger on-ground sales teams, and better service to our existing salon partners.
Second, R&D and product innovation. So, we continue delivering performance that salons can trust and recommend.
Third, brand building with purpose, ensuring that when a client walks into a salon, 3TENX already carries credibility and awareness.”
How will this funding change your strategy in the next 12 months compared to before?
“Earlier, we built 3TENX very organically. Step by step, city by city, relationship by relationship!
With this funding, we can accelerate without compromising. Over the next 12 months, you’ll see faster salon onboarding, stronger regional teams, quicker product rollouts, and more structured stylist engagement programs.
What won’t change is our philosophy: salons first, performance first.”
What’s the next big product or category you’re betting on?
“Our next focus is styling, scalp care, and hair growth. These are three areas where salons play a critical role and where clients are actively seeking expert-led solutions.
We’re developing performance-driven styling products and advanced scalp and hair-growth solutions that work both in-salon and as part of a long-term home-care routine. For us, the opportunity lies in combining styling, scalp health, and growth science, and raising the bar in how professional haircare delivers visible, lasting results.
For us, the next big win is not a new category, but raising the bar in professional haircare performance.”
Where 3TENX’s growth journey meets the salon community: PBI Kochi
3TENX presents Professional Beauty India (PBI) Kochi is taking place on 9–10 February 2026 at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kochi. This move further reinforces 3TENX’s long-term commitment to salon partners and professional education. The brand views Kerala, and Kochi in particular, as a strong market for premium salon culture, skilled stylists, and performance-led beauty solutions. Its presence at PBI Kochi reflects a strategy based on partnership, credibility, and shared growth with the salon community.
Here’s what Megha Arora, Co-founder, 3TENX, has to say about the brand’s focus on Kerala and its association with PBI Kochi.
What makes Kochi and Kerala an important market for professional haircare right now?
“Kerala has a very mature salon culture. Clients are well-informed, stylists are highly skilled, and there’s strong demand for quality over gimmicks.
Kochi, in particular, has emerged as a hub for premium salons that value education and results.
Yes, we absolutely see Kerala playing a larger role in our expansion strategy—not just as a market, but as a benchmark for professional excellence.”
What message do you want to send to salon partners through your presence at PBI Kochi?
“Our message is simple: we are here for the long term.
3TENX is not a brand that enters salons for visibility, we enter to build partnerships.
At PBI Kochi, we want salon partners to know that we listen, we invest in education, and we grow together. Your trust is our biggest validation.”
How has your association with PBI been, and what role has it played in your journey?
“PBI has been an integral part of our journey. We’ve participated in almost every PBI city show. Each one has helped us connect deeply with the salon community across India.
For a salon-first brand like 3TENX, PBI is not just a trade show. It’s where conversations happen, trust is built, and the industry evolves together. Our growth across salons is closely linked to this ecosystem.”
