LTA School of Beauty Honors CIDESCO Graduates and Expands Legacy with New Branch

LTA School of Beauty celebrated the achievements of its CIDESCO graduates, who have elevated the beauty industry’s standards. Also, LTA announced the launch of their 9th branch in Matunga under the NEP initiative. Here’s an in-depth report from Priyanka Parshurami.

On the 12th of August 2024, LTA School of Beauty, India’s most respected international beauty academy, hosted a grand Felicitation and Graduation Ceremony. The event honoured the success and contributions of their CIDESCO graduates. It underscored how these graduates have significantly elevated the professional standards of beauty services. Also, it emphasised how they’ve earned widespread appreciation from employers and customers alike.

During the ceremony, esteemed dermatologists and specialized aesthetic skin clinics praised LTA-trained graduates. They noted how their industry readiness and deep knowledge in advanced skin treatments have saved valuable time and effort. These testimonials reaffirmed the academy’s commitment to producing professionals who are equipped to meet the highest industry standards.

The event was a celebration and an inspiring testament to how CIDESCO certification has transformed the graduates’ lives. Many shared stories of newfound respect from family, clients, and society. They also highlighted the fame and financial success that followed their qualifications. The ceremony was a celebration of success in the beauty industry, recognizing the achievements of those who set new benchmarks.

Biju Nair, Co-Founder of LTA School of Beauty, echoed these sentiments. He emphasized the school’s role as a “career guardian” for its students. “We at LTA have always maintained that we are career guardians to our students. It is our solemn resolve and commitment to provide the best skills, knowledge, and qualifications. Additionally, we aim to provide the best career opportunities. We are proud of our legacy built over two decades. We do not count our achievements by the number of centers or revenue, but by how many of our graduates secure top jobs in the industry or become successful business owners, generating further employment.

The event saw a variety of prominent highlights. It included two masterclass sessions on advanced aesthetics and trending makeup, conducted by LTA’s technical experts. The showcase of creative talent through a grand fashion show left the audience in awe. In a short span of 60 days, the event achieved flawless execution. The event saw an attendance of nearly 200 industry members. It culminated with the felicitation of 12 successful LTA alumni and the awarding of CIDESCO certificates to 22 graduates. The show also featured 12 curated looks, with the average age of the students being under 21 years.

A significant announcement made during the event was the launch of LTA’s 9th branch in Matunga. The centre is present within a school’s premises as part of the Government’s New Education Policy (NEP) project. This new branch represents a strategic move by LTA, serving aspirants in the heart of Mumbai for the first time. Biju Nair emphasized the importance of aligning with India’s goal of becoming a global skill capital. “At the heart of the New Education Policy is skill development. We are fully in alignment with our country’s objective of making India a global skill capital. Every endeavour of ours supports this national cause.” further added Biju.

While LTA plans to expand further, the approach will be cautiously optimistic, ensuring that every new initiative aligns with the academy’s mission of fostering excellence in the beauty industry.

The event was a resounding success, celebrating the achievements of those who have made significant strides in the beauty industry and finally setting the stage for LTA School of Beauty‘s continued growth and impact.
