South Asia’s largest beauty expo, Professional Beauty India returns to Kolkata with a bang! The show was buzzing with exciting live demos on hair, makeup and skincare by renowned celebrity stylists. And artists on the PBI Live Stages and in-stand stages of brands. It also displayed range products from across the skin, make-up, nail, hair, furniture and accessories. The Day 1 of the Kolkata show witnessed thousands of beauty enthusiasts visiting from 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM at Milan Mela, Hall A.
Here are some of the interesting highlights:
New Product launches:
- Moroccanoil, the presenting partner of Professional Beauty India, introduced Brumes Du Maroc. It’s a hair and body mist fragrance – from the Moroccanoil Body Collection.
- Europe Girl, the Makeup Partner of Professional Beauty India, launched Lip Glass – a long lasting lipstick with six distinct shades.
- Beauty Garage, the Haircare Partner of Professional Beauty India, launched an entire hair care regimen called Shea Retention Therapy. It helps to maintain your curls.
- Skinora, the Skin Partner for Professional Beauty India, launched its four amazing facial kits. It includes cleansers, a daytime pack, lip scrubs, and several other products.
Live Demo Stage of Professional Beauty India:
Professional Beauty India has two live demo stage: the first one is the Hair Stage and second is the Beauty Stage. Each of them witnessed 8 exciting live sessions.
Hair Stage:
- Ikonic Professionals, Powered by Partner of Professional Beauty India, had an amazing and insightful stage show on ‘Quick hairstyles with crimping and curls’ by their artist Siddhart Jaiswal.
- The talented celebrity hairstylists, Dodo and Zing from the brand Loveself showcased the demos of cuts and colour.
Beauty Stage:
- Sandeep Shrestha, makeup artist for Moira from Ekta Cosmetics, showcased a bridal look with the theme ‘Mystical Moira Bride’.
- The stage also showcased Nail Fashion by industry veteran, Gurpreet Seble from NSG. The key highlight of the live was Gurpreet mam. She provided the platform for the transgender community to showcase their inner talent.
Apart from these knowledge based live demos, the event also experienced new educational courses. These included micro-bleeding, permanent make-up, hydra facials, lip polishing and many more launched by Head Turners, Academy Partners for Professional Beauty India.
Professional Beauty India dazzled the city of Joy by delivering a spectacular event on Day 1, the buyers making the most of the sourcing and networking opportunities at show and flooding the exhibitor counters for queries and bookings, making the most of exclusive offers, as well as learning from and interacting with beauty and hair experts.
