Sushant Mehta has launched his salon brand, Bellance Salon. Having previously led operations for top salon chains like Cut & Style, Affinity, Nailashes, and Madonna, Mehta now introduces a brand rooted in his personal vision and deep industry experience.

Bellance Salon aims to redefine what luxury means in the salon space. It’s not just about stylish interiors, but about elevating the entire client journey. “I’ve worked with iconic salon brands, handled operations, and scaled businesses, but I always felt something was missing,” said Sushant Mehta.

Bellance focuses on detail, warmth, and true hospitality. From in-depth consultations to the use of premium products, every touchpoint is curated to make clients feel cared for. The aim is to offer a premium yet deeply personal experience that goes beyond standard salon services.

Services and aesthetics

The salon will offer a wide range of services including hair, skincare, grooming, and wellness rituals. The emphasis will be on quality products, modern techniques, and comfort. Looking ahead, Bellance plans to add a med-beauty aesthetics vertical to offer advanced treatments and cater to growing client needs.

“Our promise is simple. Every client who walks into Bellance should walk out feeling more confident, relaxed, and respected.” Mehta added.

Franchise model with full support

Bellance will also operate on a scalable franchise model, available in both company-operated and franchise-operated formats. Franchise partners will receive 360° support, from architectural planning and hiring assistance to influencer-driven marketing and a built-in AI-enabled CRM system.

The upcoming Bellance Academy will further support skill training and ensure consistency in service standards. “Our franchise is not just a business transaction. It’s a partnership built on trust, training, and long-term profitability,” Mehta said.

Expanding across India and beyond

The brand will begin with multiple locations across Delhi-NCR, including Central and South Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad. Phase 2 will see expansion to Dubai, London, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Then, there’ll be a pan-India rollout in Phase 3.

The Bellance Academy will also act as a professional hub for training stylists, therapists, and aspiring entrepreneurs. “We’re not just building a brand. We’re building a movement. A new standard in luxury beauty, one that is scalable, sustainable, and deeply human.”
