Fashionista Shagun Gupta hosted a private beauty soiree with ace hairdresser Savio John Pereira and hair and make-up artist Asha Hariharan creating trendsetting looks.
The festive season is upon us! There’s inspiration all around us. From mythology to movies, and from catwalks to our very own clients. Trust Shagun Gupta, fashionista and beauty aficionado, to curate a collection of looks for the festive season. Joining in with their expertise were hair maestro Savio John Pereira and make-up stalwart Asha Hariharan.
The closed door event was called ‘Rendezvous with Shagun Gupta’. Held at Amara, Kemps Corner, Mumbai, the event started with Shagun listing out trends for Fall Winter/ Festive Look 2018. From bold make-up choices to creative hairdos, the guests were introduced to hot looks for the season.
For the festive season, Shagun recommended lilac and mauve shades on the lips. The two tone make-up is another beauty trend to spice up your make-up routine with dual liner and soft lip colour. She elaborated that eye make-up can give a dramatic flair with a heavy liner in different styles, complemented by soft and subtle lip colours.
Savio introduced the guests to new ‘Wavy look,’ which is not just a normal curve but a defined texture that adds volume to your hair. He also showcased the hairstyle that combines straight and curls. Asha presented an amazing collection of eye shadow palette, which matches every skin tone. The floor was then open to questions from guests on personal grooming and make-up.
